H.E. Mr. Panyarak Poolthup, Ambassador, delivered his opening remarks at the seminar on Principles and Guideline on the Agreement between Thailand and Cambodia for the Avoidance of Double Taxation which was co-organized by the Royal Thai Embassy and the Thai Business Council in Cambodia. This seminar was aimed to stimulate awareness and understanding among Thai entrepreneurs in Cambodia and potential investors from Thailand regarding the implementation of the said Agreement. H.E. Mr. Kong Vibol, Delegate of Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Director General of General Department of Taxation of Cambodia, also kindly delivered his closing remarks at this seminar.<\/font><\/p>
