The Seaboard Cambodian Development Co., Ltd. was founded in 1992 by joint venture between The Seaboard Holding Co., Ltd. and Mrs. SIN NARITH a Cambodian Parthner. The company main objective is to engage in all civil work construction and materials supply. The first operation is in the Kingdom of Cambodia which has considerably high potential of development due to peaceful after general election in 1991. In order to start developing the country, basic infrastructures such as rehabilitation of road network, power supply, water supply and telecommunication are the most necessary.
